NOTICE OF SERVICE DISRUPTION

Dear Valued Guest,

We are pleased to share that the hotel is undergoing improvements designed to enhance the guest experience.

Beginning on or about July 20, 2026 and continuing through approximately October 15, 2026, renovation work will be taking place in portions of the hotel. During this period:

• A portion of the lobby will be temporarily closed or reconfigured while renovations are completed. The hotel will remain open, and access to guest rooms and hotel services will continue through clearly marked alternative pathways as needed.

• Please use our Entrance on 45th Street to conveniently access the hotel lobby during this time: Entrance Address: 150 W 45th St, New York, NY 10036

• The hotel’s restaurant, which is currently closed, will remain unavailable while renovation work is completed.

Guests may experience intermittent construction-related noise during customary daytime working hours. We are working closely with our contractors to minimize disruptions and appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.
